Return Policy

For Returns: Buyer must immediately notify us by text at 1+(831)400-6875 and email foxhollowrarities@gmail.com.

• The gemstone must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Damaged gemstones upon return receipt will not be refunded. Please use original packaging and packing slip

• Custom Settings Orders are not refundable.

• Refund will be credited upon approval of returned gemstone and within 7 days of the date the gemstone is received.
